These terms govern your use of the Sheltered Sisters website and products, including the free guide, the podcast, the blog, the audio series, the Selah app, the Private Circle community and private sessions. By using this site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

Not a medical or therapy service

Sheltered Sisters is a wellness and education resource. It is not therapy, medical care, or legal advice, and no part of our content should be treated as a diagnosis or a substitute for professional support. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services.

Purchases and payment

Prices for our products are shown in the currency stated at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our third party payment provider. By purchasing, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Refunds

The Woman He Could Not Break audio series carries a thirty day promise. If you do not feel it has helped after thirty days of listening, write to us and we will provide a full refund. Other products and services may carry their own stated refund terms, described on their own pages.

Use of our content

All audio, written and visual content on this site, including the podcast, blog posts, the free guide and the audio series, belongs to Sheltered Sisters and may not be copied, resold or redistributed without our written permission. You may share links to our content and quote short excerpts with credit to Sheltered Sisters.

The Private Circle and community spaces

Members of our community spaces agree to treat other members with respect and confidentiality. Sharing another member's story outside the community without consent is not permitted, and Sheltered Sisters reserves the right to remove any member who compromises the safety of the space.

Private sessions

Private sessions are provided as personal support and mentorship, not as licensed therapy or legal representation. Scheduling, cancellation and rescheduling for bookings follow the terms shown at the time of booking.

Limitation of liability

Sheltered Sisters provides its content and services in good faith and to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee a particular outcome for any individual. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sheltered Sisters is not liable for decisions made based on our content, or for outcomes arising from your personal circumstances.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
